Contract calls - Matocard

Some actions are the user’s own transactions on MatoCreditLine, paid with the MON dripped after KYC. Always talk to the proxy.

Send with the published gas limit

Monad charges the gas limit, not the gas used. gasLimits holds, per function, the largest estimate seen on testnet plus 25%, so passing it is cheaper than a padded estimate and saves a round trip.

User functions

Only repaying to zero closes a cycle. Overpaying is capped at what is owed.
