Enter the bank account
Bank, account number and the account holder’s name, exactly as the bank has it.

Confirm
You sign once. The AUSD moves to Matocard, then Xendit pays the rupiah to the bank.

Track it
The payout shows as in progress in your history until the bank confirms it.

If a payout fails after the AUSD has left your account, it is refunded by hand. This is rare, and every case is logged.
