The hold follows how you actually paid, not what you picked in the app. Anything unrecognised is treated as a card, the safe side. See Card hold.

Cash-outs go to Indonesian bank accounts in rupiah through Xendit payouts (for example ID_BCA, ID_BRI). BCA has been checked live.
